The interview process was friendly and easy, straightforward and point to point. It started with an HR interview that lasted half an hour, followed by a hiring manager interview. They asked detailed questions about my experience, strengths, and weaknesses, and also inquired about professional certificates. I had also submitted an online application.

The interview process included standard questions, nothing too tough. They're really looking for designers who are more familiar with Revit than AutoCAD because most of their projects are shifting to Revit. It took a while to get a response from corporate, which was a bit strange since they said the position needed to be filled fast. No salary negotiation was offered, I just had to accept what they proposed.
