Started with an online application. Had a virtual chat with HR first. Then went to the office for an in-person interview with some senior folks. Got a tour of the office after that. Later, got emails with more info about the company, like policies and benefits, before they made the official offer.

The interview consisted of technical questions about my portfolio, specifically concerning the GTA. They also asked several questions about my previous job. This part lasted about 30 minutes, followed by a more casual chat about my hobbies, making the total interview time around 40 minutes.

Technical Behavioral

They started the interview late because of a design meeting that ran over. They reviewed my portfolio and online work, made a few comments, and then presented me with a drawing set. They pointed to a less detailed page and said I would be responsible for the details on that project. It seemed like they were more focused on getting the task done and getting rid of me than assessing my fit for the role or office.
