first there was an initial interview that was just tell me about yourself, then there's a personality test with situational questions, after that there was a step where they asked me to sell their pen, and also a computer test, and then the final interview.

I applied online and got a call pretty quick to set up a phone interview. Then I had to go into the local office. They had a group introduction thing where they told us about their three lines of business. After that, we did a smaller group interview if we decided on Technical Support. Then there was a small Boot Camp that lasted a few hours, which included orientation and a test I had to pass to keep going.
