I got a text from someone at the office after I applied online, asking if I was still interested. It seemed a bit sketchy, but I agreed to an interview. When I got there at 10, we did a quick typing test in a group. It didn't seem to matter much since both fast and slow typers were hired. Then, there was a really long wait, like 2 hours, before my interview actually started. I almost left, but they called me just in time. The whole thing lasted 3 hours, from 10 am to 1 pm. They gave me a list of 60 schedules and asked me to rank them. In the end, they gave me one I didn't even want.

Presentation Technical Behavioral Group

We got there and had to wait a bit, then they took us to a room. An HR person gave a long presentation with 56 slides. After that, we had a quiz, and we could use our notes. Then, two trainers interviewed us in pairs. They told us we'd hear back by a certain date, or if they didn't call, it meant we didn't get the job.

IBEX makes you jump through a lot of hoops to get hired. At least at the Hampton site, there's a 3 hour intro to the company and interview. The interview itself was pretty short. A trainer, though I didn't know it at the time, asked me general questions about my past work experiences and did a mock role play. Even after you pass the interview, you aren't hired yet. There's a drug and background check that happens during a 2 1/2 week paid training course. At the very end of training, you gotta pass a test. If you pass, you're hired. If not, you can always reapply when IBEX is looking for more people.
