We had a first video call, then an in-person with some senior folks, and a final video call with the Executive. They said I was their favorite, one of two people left. But then they ghosted me after the Executive call, even though they said I was a finalist.

They were friendly and explained the job well, but I didn't like the exam they give you to see if you get the position. The place is nice, but you don't get to see your office on the first day.

Behavioral Other

I went to an interview at a place called Tecnisiber. The ad said it was for an administrative and customer service assistant in an Iberdrola office. When I got there, it was neither. The place itself is a commercial space selling various services, including Iberdrola. To my surprise, it wasn't for an administrative position at all, but for a SALES role.

Technical Behavioral Presentation Case

After submitting a cover letter, there were three psychometric tests, a personality test, and an English test, followed by a video interview with a recruiter. A few days later, I had an in-person interview with the manager. During the interview, they went into detail about the job functions and procedures and asked about my general career path. It didn't seem like there were any trick questions or overly complex ones, but it was a thorough evaluation. They also asked about my expected salary range, my motivation for joining the company, my potential five-year projection within the company, and my availability. Finally, they outlined the next steps and deadlines, and I was told to expect a call or to reach out if I had any questions. The interviewer mentioned they liked my application on the spot. However, the call never came, and my follow-up messages were left unread and unanswered.
