It was pretty long, they really wanted to check for passion, sales skills, and rapport-building abilities – basically, everything needed for the role. There were about three interviews total. First, it was a one-on-one with the manager. Then, a senior manager from another office joined. After those went well, I had to complete a personality assessment to check for assertiveness, sociability, pace, detail orientation, behavioral adaptability, emotiveness, and creativity.
