Case Manager
This was a phone interview due to COVID. It was pleasant and short, with typical interview questions. I was offered the job right after the interview because HR seemed interested and engaged. It was definitely one of the most pleasant interview experiences. At the end, I had the chance to ask questions. The offer was extended pending completion of courses and online tests.
- Can you tell me about your biggest weaknesses and strengths?
Tech Support
The interview process was thorough yet calming, and the interviewer made me feel comfortable the whole time. After the closing statements and questions, I had a positive outlook. They asked relevant questions and quickly and thoroughly answered my questions about the job and employer.
- Can you describe your relevant work experience?
- What are your expectations regarding salary?

The interview process had 3 rounds. First, there was an aptitude test which felt like going back to college. Then, there was one round with internal managers and another round with the VP of recruiting.
