Technical Behavioral Presentation

I had a phone screen, then a video panel interview with i4dm staff. After that, their client conducted a panel interview. I received a benefits letter after the second interview, which I initially thought was an offer, but Emma clarified it wasn't. The client then interviewed me. I thought it went well, but I never heard back. It's funny because during the first panel interview, they said they don't ghost applicants. I chased them for updates for two months. Then, out of the blue, they called after two months to schedule another interview with the same client who had already interviewed me. Their practices seem very suspicious, like a fly-by-night operation.

Behavioral Technical

Don't bother with this one. It was a bizarre experience. I know there's resume farmers out there and it felt like that when applying, but since I've worked federal contracts I gave it a shot and they offered an interview. Usual types of questions were asked. The interviewers felt very disconnected and often forgot what company I was interviewing for and what company they even worked for. Very strange. They tell you you're interviewing for several new contracts at the VA, at a time when the VA is actively cutting contracts and personnel. Then they say they're not going to ghost you (odd thing to say 🚩), and then they ghost you. I'm not sure what the scam is honestly but it's fishy.

The interview process was really smooth and communication was top-notch. I got contacted pretty much right after applying and was asked to do a technical assessment. After I finished that, they set up an interview and everyone there knew a lot about the job. All the interviews after that were great too. I can't say enough good things about how awesome this company is, especially their interview process.
