First I met with HR, they talked about the company benefits for a few minutes. After that, I had a technical interview with department managers, lasting less than an hour. They asked me questions about computer skills, Korean culture, and vehicle knowledge, specifically chassis and interior parts. Then I did a plant tour. The whole process, including waiting, took about 3 to 4 hours.

The interview was a one hour panel. HR, the hiring manager, a team member, and a senior manager were present. First, HR asked about ten situational questions for 30 minutes. Then, for the remaining 30 minutes, we discussed project and product experience.
