The interview process took about 6 weeks from when I applied to the final interview. It started with a recruiter call, then I had interviews with peers, and finally with the hiring leader. The recruiter was good with communication, even though the hiring team had some scheduling conflicts. Everyone was nice and friendly during the whole thing.

So there were 4 interviews. First, HR gave me a call for a personal screen, which took about 30 minutes. Then, there were 2 more phone interviews. After that, I had a panel interview over video conference. The phone interviews weren't very technical, mostly just general experience questions. The panel interview was more formal and focused on situational questions. Overall, the interviews didn't ask many questions directly related to the job, mostly about my past experience.
