The interview process started with a phone call to go over my previous experience and get a better understanding of the job requirements. Then, there was an in-person interview to assess how I would handle different situations. The toughest part was dealing with unexpected scenarios, but they were manageable with some logical thinking. It seems like there were also background checks and an offer stage.

I applied online and then got a call from a director within a week. After that, I had a phone interview with two directors. Next, I traveled to Munich for two more rounds of interviews. This included a case study and group discussions with four directors in two separate groups. Even though it was for an internship, the interviewers were really nice and it felt more like a 'get to know each other' type of interview.

- I'm curious, how many buildings are there in your hometown?
- For the case study, I need you to identify a company and its type based on its three financial statements. I didn't quite get it in the end, but the director helped me throughout the process. Overall, it was a nice experience.
