The hiring process began with an initial call screening after about two months from submitting my application. This was followed by a video interview. The offer came pretty quickly, within a week after the final interview, and the whole process from application to offer took roughly two months.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I applied through campus recruitment and heard back about a month later for an interview at their office. It was with two engineers from the division I applied to and lasted about an hour. We started with about 30 mins of behavioural questions like 'tell me about yourself,' 'what do you know about us,' 'your biggest failure,' and 'a team conflict and how you solved it.' Then, there were 20-30 minutes of technical questions related to the role, followed by 15 minutes of general logic questions (simple probability/stats, time value of money, basic physics). The questions can vary depending on the position, as I've heard from others applying for different internships who got very few or no technical questions.
