We had an online interview assessment where they asked 3 questions. Each question was mainly trying to outline my decision making skills and experience in difficult situations. We were given 3 minutes for each question, with about a minute after each question was asked to prepare.

I went through 2 interviews, the first and second were similar but with different people. The first interview had the HR and Project Manager, and the second interview had the Project Coordinator. The questions were mainly about interpersonal skills, but also touched on Excel and SAP knowledge. They also asked about circuit breakers and transformers, and a question about the control scheme on transmission lines.
