So the first step was this online video assessment. It's like a 3-question thing where they use your webcam and/or mic. You get 12 minutes total to finish it. They give you a system tour and a practice run beforehand, and tell you how much time you have for each question. You can take breaks between questions, and it saves your spot. You'll get to do a full practice run before starting the real assessment.

It was a standard on site interview with four interviewers, including the direct manager and three other team members. The interview kicked off with a discussion about my past work experience as detailed on my resume. I was advised to be ready to explain any resume points thoroughly using the STAR method. They also presented various scenarios and asked how I would best resolve them or react in such situations. My preparation advice was to think outside the box or beyond my resume.

It was a really simple process, pretty standard stuff. They asked me some behavioural/situational questions and a few basic technical ones. Not too many technical questions though. We also talked about what the job would actually involve, you know, the day-to-day responsibilities and such.
