I saw the job on LinkedIn and applied via email. Got an email back to schedule an interview. They said they'd email shortlisted candidates for a second interview, which would be in person. They also mentioned using the Thomas Test for assessment.

It started with a phone call from HR where they asked why I wanted to join the company and what skills I possessed that would make me a good fit for the role. Then, for the second round, I went to the office for an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. They wanted to know what experience or expertise I could bring to the position and asked about projects I had worked on. Overall, it was a very logical and straightforward process.
