Behavioral Presentation

I had two interviews. The questions were pretty general. Three people interviewed me – two at once, and then the department manager separately. I also got a tour of the property and met the staff. Since I was a recent grad with no hotel experience, I didn't get the job. The sales manager suggested I apply again later once I've gained some experience.

Behavioral Technical

I put in my application online and heard back maybe two weeks later. The first step was a phone interview with two sales managers, and the next day I got an email saying they wanted me to come in for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was actually pretty chill, even though I talked with two different sets of sales assistants and managers. Everyone seemed really nice and genuine. They were really just trying to find the right person for the job.
