It was a walk-in, unscheduled interview process. You can come on Wednesdays and apply for any job at the hotel. If they are interested in your application they will take you into a room where multiple people are interviewing at a time. Someone from the department you are interviewing for will conduct an interview.

The interview process was easygoing, however, they do not inform candidates of their decision for several weeks unless they need someone right away. After being promised a bonus structure, I was told that there was never anything in writing. I experienced constant micromanagement and a toxic work environment, which my colleagues in other hotel chains do not face.
