Receptionist
It's a multi-step hiring process. First, there are group interviews, and then they select people individually for more interviews. This continues until you reach a personalized trial period, which lasts about three or four days and is unpaid. You'll receive an email beforehand to confirm your attendance for each step.
- Can you talk about yourself, your daily routine, and what you do in your free time?
- Have you ever encountered a problem at work, and if so, how did you handle it?
Receptionist
I applied for a receptionist position at a new Hyatt Centric in Madrid, alongside many other applicants. The interview experience was amazing! The organization was incredible, and the venue was a beautiful, lesser-known museum in central Madrid. What really impressed me was the staff's welcoming attitude; they were attentive, explained a lot about the company, and the interview process itself. It made me really want to join their team and be part of their modern approach to professionalism and the future of the hotel industry. I'm not sure about the result, but it was definitely the best interview I've ever had.
- What led you to discover this job opening?
- Can you describe your experience with group dynamics and how you navigate different team settings, moving beyond typical online tests or interview formats?
Receptionist
The interview process was straightforward and uncomplicated, not difficult at all. The HR representative was pleasant and courteous. They requested a significant amount of information and a passport photo, which I found bothersome (it incurred an expense to get a photo the day before). However, apart from that, the procedure was quite standard and formal.
- Could you tell me about your hobbies?
- Can you share more about yourself?
