Operations Manager
Applied and got a call right away for an in person interview. First interview was very brief with the front desk manager. Got called back for a second interview with the Director of Operations. They gave a tour and asked similar questions but still couldn't give me exact details about the role, job description, or salary. For the third interview, I was told I'd have a second meeting with the Director of Operations to discuss salary and meet the General Manager, but that didn't happen. Instead, I met with two department managers, neither of whom could tell me what my role would be, saying it depends on what they want me to do after I'm hired. I got called again, presumably for a fourth interview, but I didn't call back.
