First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hyatt.
Executive Assistant
I had 2 interviews in the same week, and I have a 3rd interview scheduled for the following week. It was a good experience. I met with 2 HR people for the first interview and they told me I would hear back early part of the following week. They actually called within an hour and a half to schedule the next interview with the managing director. This was scheduled 2 days later. I haven’t had the final interview yet but I expect an offer
- Tell me about a challenge you faced and how you overcame it.
Administrative Assistant
first, a first telephone interview, followed by several interviews with HR, N+1, N+2 and DRH France. Each interview had a delay of one week due to numerous applications. Very positive feedback both orally and through our email exchanges. To finally be told very politely that my application was not selected.
- What are your qualities?
- Who are you?
Administrative Assistant
The interview process involved meeting with HR, department managers, division heads, and potentially the GM. My first day took 3 hours. After waiting 30 minutes for the final interview with the FB director, I was asked to return on a different day for it. Before meeting the department head and assistant managers, I had a phone interview with the HR manager. The phone interview covered generic questions and answers. The meeting with the department head was casual, but the final interview was very formal and professional.
- In what ways will you contribute to achieving our mission and goals?
