I applied online and waited a couple weeks to hear back. Then I had a phone interview with the store manager and waited again to hear back, even after making follow up calls. After that, we scheduled an in person interview. Two managers were supposed to interview me separately, but since one manager really liked me, he had the other manager interview me that same day. They pretty much told me I had the job that day, but it took a few more days for them to officially confirm. I started working there shortly after.

The interview had some pretty basic questions like what are you studying, why you want to work here, and if you've done sales before. The manager talked about what we'd actually be selling and how the place works, mentioning that the content could be a bit unsettling for both customers and employees.
