I went through the entire hiring process in May, and I was really keen on the job. The process involved an initial chat with a recruitment agency, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by one with HR. There were also a psychometric test and an Excel test. After finishing everything, I reached out to the recruitment agency multiple times for an update but never heard back. It felt pretty disrespectful, especially for a company that claims to value people. I put a lot of effort into my application, and they didn't even bother to give me feedback.

I sent in my application a month ago and heard back from a Talent Acquisition rep who was impressed with my resume and portfolio. The very next day, I had a 45-minute interview with the creative director. About two weeks after that, Talent reached out again to set up three back-to-back interviews with the team, which were really informative. Then, about a week later, they offered me the job.

It was a pretty chill process. Three stages in total. Started with a recruiter chat, then two more HR folks to go over the deal, and wrapped up with a team chat. Everyone I talked to was super nice, which was cool. But, they never got back to me, not even after I followed up. Kinda a bummer they didn't give me an update, hence the neutral rating, even though the vibe was good.
