I had an onsite interview where I spoke with 4 different team members. They asked a lot of behavioral and technical questions, and basically, it was the same interview repeated four times to assess my background. Some interviewers seemed disengaged and didn't offer much information about the company when I asked.

I was directly invited for an on-site interview with different teams at HUSCO in Waukesha, WI. The interview lasted 4 hours where they asked me questions about my resume, and some of their staff also gave me a tour of the factory.

The interview took about 4 hours and I met with several different managers. They took me on a tour of the facility and then we went to lunch after the interviews. I also had to complete a personality quiz to bring with me to the interviews.
