After your resume is selected, you go through an interview with HR. In my opinion, it was magnificent; the person who conducted the interview was super committed and wanted to be there interviewing. After this stage, the candidate is forwarded to an interview with managers and operators from the area. This stage was HORRIBLE, the worst interview possible. The scheduled time was 9 AM, I arrived early at 8:50 AM (everything was online). One interviewer arrived at 9:10 AM and the other at 9:20 AM. They didn't allow me to answer questions fluidly; it was just an interrogation, and they even doubted my resume, even though everything on it could easily be proven true. It was terrible.
