The process was pretty simple and straight forward. Received email stating I needed to reply to interview time, then called and set up interview. Sent response and attended meet and greet with director of nursing

I met with the assistant supervisor for the unit. After greeting and shaking hands, we sat down in the office. A copy of my resume was pulled up. We reviewed my experience, job duties, staff, days, and hours. We also toured the unit and discussed training for the position. The supervisor broke down the unit, explaining the types of patients and surgeries that occur in each unit. We talked about my experience in my current job and my reasons for wanting to leave.
