I was initially screened and they explained there would be 3 more interviews (hiring manager, technical, and then an additional). This is definitely overkill for an entry level position. Especially someone with 5 years of experience. The screener was polite and prompt. The manager seemed overworked and underprepared. No real interview questions were asked and we instead spent roughly an hour talking about my current role. Didn't hear anything back after getting the rejection. Requested feedback. Got no response.

Had a chat with HR, it was pretty good. They gave me plenty of space to talk about myself instead of grilling me with questions. I didn't get an offer in the end, but I'm happy with how it all went.
