Things were going really well in the interview process, and I got great feedback all the way up to the final round. I had a feeling I wouldn't get the offer after how that last interview went, though. The interviewer was late by 5 minutes, didn't add that time back at the end, interrupted me mid-response to say she thought I was nervous, and seemed pretty hostile the whole time. She even said something like, “I don’t really care about having fun at work, but I know my team does, so I make it fun.” It was a bit strange.

First, you gotta send in your application, resume, and cover letter through their site. Then, someone reviews your resume to see if you're a good fit. If you are, they'll reach out, maybe by phone or email, just to chat about if you're still interested and get a bit more info. After that, there might be a quick phone call to check your communication skills, see if you're motivated, and if you'd fit in generally. They'll probably ask about your background and why you want to work there.

I only went through one interview because I couldn't accept the compensation package they offered. But, I really enjoyed talking with the interviewer about the role, our shared interests, and just casual conversation. They were really nice and made the interview feel comfortable. I was pretty disappointed when I found out about the base salary because otherwise, it was exactly what I'm looking for in my next job. Even though it didn't work out as I hoped, I still had a great time during the interview.
