I first got a call from the hiring manager about my application. I had originally applied for a per diem position, but I told them I was interested in the full-time 12-hour shift role. They set up an interview for me over video, which was super convenient. During the interview, they asked me to talk about myself and my background, and then they asked some general interview questions. I didn't find it too difficult, but there were a few questions that made me pause and think before answering.

Got a call from the Unit Director to set up an interview 2 weeks out. I met with a panel of 7 people, including the clinical director, unit manager, 3 night RNs, and 2 day RNs. It was pretty intimidating and I was super nervous, but they were all really friendly and put me at ease so I didn't mess up. The interview went for about 45 minutes.
