So I interviewed at Huntington bank and they have these ghost jobs posted. During the interview, they told me that the job has been posted for a long time in case someone quits. Which makes me wonder if I was even interviewing for a real job.

Had a bunch of video interviews, like multiple rounds. Each time it was with different people from the team, but they all asked pretty much the same stuff. After 4 rounds in just 8 days, the company and the recruiter just ghosted me. I tried to follow up, even just for a rejection, but got absolutely nothing back. Seriously the worst interview process ever.

The interview process started with a quick phone chat with the recruiter to go over my past experiences from school and work. Then, I had a 1:1 with the hiring manager at a coffee shop, which was pretty casual and more of a conversation about our backgrounds and the role. A couple of weeks later, I went to their corporate office in Pittsburgh for the next round. There, I met with four people I'd be working with, one by one. Most of the interviews were similar, focusing on my resume details and a few other basic questions. This helped me understand the job well. I was told I'd hear back in a couple of weeks, but it actually took about 7 weeks to find out I wasn't selected. Overall, the interviewing experience was good, but I wish they'd communicated better about the timeline after the final interview.
