It was a pretty standard behavioral interview. They wanted to see how I handled situations, worked with others, solved problems, and communicated. It was all about checking if I was a good fit and acted professionally. They threw in a couple of unexpected questions just to see how I'd react.

The interview process had 2 rounds. First was a call with HR with mostly behavioral questions. About 2 weeks later, I got an email for a follow-up interview with 3 employees at the same time. They asked about why I wanted the job, what I did outside of school, and why I'm qualified for the position. I suggest researching the company and preparing for any questions. A call from the same HR person offering the position came 1-2 weeks later.
