The whole thing took over 2.5 months. I applied through a referral and did virtual interviews with pretty much everyone up to the BU president. I had more than 5 interviews. It started off slow, but then they rushed me to interview with the president. HR gave me good feedback after my interviews, but then they took over 3 weeks after my final interview to get back to me. I still don't have a final decision. They gave me vague timelines and didn't stick to them. It's really disrespectful to treat candidates like this, so be very careful if you decide to interview here.

The interview process was pretty standard at first; I spoke with the hiring manager and then with two other managers who inquired about my background and assessed my skills in the relevant area. Even though the interviews went well, communication after the interviews was poor. I assume I didn't get the job, but I never received any follow-up from the company.

I saw an ad online and applied for a bank teller job. Two days later, a third-party hiring company from Massachusetts called me about the application. They scheduled an interview for the next day, which lasted 25 minutes. During the interview, I learned that health insurance starts after 30 days of employment, at the beginning of the month, and the deductions aren't much. They also mentioned a 401K with a 5% match and a $100 clothing voucher for Huntington brand attire (which includes black pants). Daily staff meetings happen before opening. You can't sit unless you have a doctor's note. Advancement depends entirely on selling Huntington Credit Cards. I was offered $11/hour with a college degree, and $10/hour without. The day after the interview, the hiring company called to offer me the job. I declined because the pay was too low and I'm not comfortable pushing credit cards. The whole process took 4 days.
