First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Huntington Bank.
Customer Service Representative
The training was great and provided a lot of knowledge. Paid time off for holidays was a plus. The team seemed to care about each other. It's important to be able to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
- Are you available to work on Saturdays?
Customer Service Representative
I had 2 phone interviews and then an in-person interview at the branch. The first phone interview was just about basic experience stuff. The second phone interview had behavioral sales questions, and it felt like they were reading from a script, so I made sure to give really specific answers when they asked for more details. Even though I wasn't too impressed with that one, they still invited me for the in-person interview. At the branch, they only asked sales-related questions. I thought the in-person interview went well, but the hiring manager didn't, and I didn't get the job.
- Can you tell me about your past experiences?
- What are some standard behavior or experience-based questions you have encountered?

I enjoy working in a team environment, and I get along well with people. In my past work experience, I implemented a system to help organize the communication between my coworkers to enhance our productivity as a team. I believe that I have a lot to contribute to a team environment, and am comfortable in both leadership and player roles. I'm outgoing, friendly, and have strong communication skills
