This role was for a Staff Audit position supporting Compliance. I first had a 30 minute interview with HR that was very typical. Then about a week later I was contacted for another round of interviews via Microsoft Teams. It consisted of 4, 30 minute interviews. Another week later I was contacted for a last round of interviews that consisted of 2, 30 minute interviews. About a week later I was informed that they decided to go with an internal candidate instead.

The interview process was very easy and virtual. It started with a phone screening, and then there were 4 team meetings to talk about the role and my experience. I heard back within 2 weeks after the final interview about their decision. The recruiter was great the whole time.
