I did a phone screen first, then they had me come into the office to meet the team. Then I had a final virtual meeting with a senior leader. Then they made me an offer!

Behavioral Presentation

Had an on-site interview with two people, Robert and the CEO. The CEO seemed really uninterested, showing up late, being on his phone, and generally not caring about the interview. This left a bad impression. Unfortunately, HR ghosted me afterward. Robert, on the other hand, was great and made me feel welcome.

Behavioral

I applied on-line and was contacted within a few days. My first step was a screening with the HR Manager. Next, I had an on-site interview where I met with 3 people for about 30 mins each, and they asked a lot of behavioral questions. Then, I had a second interview, which was 45 mins with two Sr. level employees at Hunter. Two days later, I got an offer and took it right away.
