First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hunter Recruiting.
Healthcare Recruiter
This was the worst interview experience ever. It started with a phone screen, and then I had an on-site interview with a business development manager and a healthcare recruiter manager. Right from the start, the business manager was acting really strange, like trying to signal the other manager to wrap things up. It was so unprofessional, I wanted to ask if they were on drugs. I definitely won't apply to this company again because the vibe seemed off. If my background wasn't a fit, why even call me in? It was extremely unprofessional and honestly, the worst interview I've ever had.

Recruiter
Had an on-site interview with two people, Robert and the CEO. The CEO seemed really uninterested, showing up late, being on his phone, and generally not caring about the interview. This left a bad impression. Unfortunately, HR ghosted me afterward. Robert, on the other hand, was great and made me feel welcome.
- What draws you to the role of a recruiter?
Data Entry Clerk
The recruiters were very clear and upfront about what they expected. They kept me updated on my application status throughout the whole process. It was easy to have a conversation with them and ask questions, which helped me understand the role and benefits better. I would definitely consider interviewing with them again.
- Can you tell me about your years of experience in fleet management?
Assistant
I applied for the role on Indeed and got a cold call about a week later to schedule an interview. I spoke with the recruiter about my background and was told I made it to the final round a few days later, then heard nothing back.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
- What are your career aspirations?
