I couldn't get a real answer instead of automatically generated emails. I got a lot of those but no complete rejection or acceptance. Also, I had too little time to finish my video interview. Got an invitation on Monday, had to do it by Tuesday. Otherwise, you get an email (even without finishing it) 'thanks for the video interview, we will contact you'.

First, there was a video interview where I had to answer questions based on a video I watched beforehand. You could re-record the videos as many times as you wanted, so it was easy to prepare by thinking about what I wanted to say. Then, I got a very quick response and an invitation to the interview, which lasted maybe not even 10 minutes and was led by the store manager and another employee. They emphasized how important customer service is to Hunkemöller and that even part-time staff only get two weeks (= two working days) off in the summer, without exception.

First, I had a phone interview with pretty standard questions about my background and work experience. Then, I was invited for an in-person meeting at the store. It was very friendly, competent, and insightful. We talked a lot about the way of working, the internal work culture, and general sales activities. This included HK's corporate identity nationwide and the different employee ranking systems and KPIs. Otherwise, the conversation was very standard and friendly. (No trick questions)
