The application process was totally automated. Submitting my CV and portfolio, which could only be uploaded as a single document, was a bit of a pain. Right after submitting my CV, I got an email inviting me to answer three questions on video. It was straightforward, and I got a sense of the company by watching the CEO ask questions in the Hunkemöller office. I was rejected via an automated email two days later.
