First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HungryPanda.
Business Development Executive
It was a pretty chill interview process, mostly just chatting about my past business development work. They really dug into my CV, asking lots of specific follow-up questions. I also got some scenario-based questions about handling merchants and solving problems. It felt very hands-on and business-focused, not super technical.
- What would you do if merchants complained about the commission being too high?
Delivery Operations
It was mostly about my background and why I would be a good fit for this position. They also presented some real case problems relevant to the role. The interviewer was very friendly, and it felt like a conversation.
- Can you share an example of when you demonstrated strong communication skills?
- How would you handle a specific operational challenge you might face in this delivery operations role?

The interview process started with an initial phone screening. Then, there was an interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by a panel interview or multiple interviews with team members. Topics covered included collaboration and communication skills, especially if the role involves cross-functional teamwork. Your approach to negotiating deals, closing sales, and managing client relationships was also discussed. Questions about your experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, or other software relevant to the role were asked. There were also potential scenario-based questions.
- What would be your next steps if a target client rejected your proposal?
- How do you handle collaboration and communication, especially in cross-functional teams?
- Describe your process for negotiating deals, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships.
Paralegal
It was a 3 round interview process. The first round involved general questions about my experience and what interests me about the role. The second round was more technical, focusing on legal research and LPC knowledge. The final round was an in-person interview where we discussed the differences between being an in-house paralegal and working in a law firm.
- What are the key distinctions between in-house and law firm employment for a paralegal?
- Could you share some general questions about your background and what draws you to this opportunity?
- Can you elaborate on your legal research skills and your understanding of LPC matters?
