First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Humanetics Group.
Software Engineer
There were 5 rounds in total. The first was an aptitude and coding round. Then, there were two 1-hour technical rounds. For the coding round, they cared more about your logic than having perfect code. The technical rounds involved in-depth questions.
- What in-depth questions were asked about your CV?
Software Engineer
The process began with an aptitude and programming test. Following that, I had three consecutive technical interviews. After the technical rounds, there was an HR interview. If successful in the HR round, there's a final 'Global Round' before a job offer is extended.
- Can you explain your projects?
- Questions about DSA
- Questions about skills listed on your resume
Software Engineer
Took a 30-minute call with a recruiter, then a 30-minute call with HR. After that, there was a 2-4 hour technical assessment, followed by a 1-hour talk with the engineering Hiring Manager. The whole thing took over a month. They ended up saying they weren't moving forward after 4 interviews, even though I got a perfect score on the technical assessment and there was no hint I wasn't meeting expectations. It really took too long to decide, felt like a waste of time for everyone.
- What can you tell me about your current job, including the technology stack you're working with?
- Could you explain your deployment practices?
- How do you handle security in your current role?
