I applied on their website but didn't get a response. Then, a third-party recruiter contacted me about a month later, saying my resume was a great fit for the same role. After three interviews, including one with an executive, they ghosted me. A month after that, they finally replied that the position was on hold.

The interview process involved a recruiter call, then an HR call, followed by a 2-4 hour technical assessment, and finally a 1-hour technical discussion with the engineering team. I learned about the company and work culture during the second to last interview and realized it wasn't for me due to the very small IT team. The expectations for the compensation offered were unimaginable for a Senior Frontend Developer who was also expected to know back-end. I feel any capable candidate would reject the offer for better opportunities regarding team size, software team establishment, and compensation. Nevertheless, I had a good experience with the recruitment coordinator, who was very helpful.

Took a 30-minute call with a recruiter, then a 30-minute call with HR. After that, there was a 2-4 hour technical assessment, followed by a 1-hour talk with the engineering Hiring Manager. The whole thing took over a month. They ended up saying they weren't moving forward after 4 interviews, even though I got a perfect score on the technical assessment and there was no hint I wasn't meeting expectations. It really took too long to decide, felt like a waste of time for everyone.
