Interviewed with Engineers, Director, and Assistant Director. There were 3 interviews in total, covering technology and personality aspects. The questions were quite similar across the interviews. They wanted to understand my process for arriving at a decision, and there were many personality-focused questions.

The interview process was very long and drawn out. I went through about 5 interviews and even met with the VP, only to not be selected. It was very disappointing. Perhaps they could shorten the interview process for candidates they know they are not going to select.

Behavioral Technical

It's a pretty standard interview process. You'll first have an HR screening call. If you pass that, you'll move on to the department interview. Just a heads-up, if you're not already with the company, the salary is totally negotiable. Make sure to push for a higher salary early on because raises tend to be pretty small.

  • Can you describe a challenging project you worked on and how you dealt with it?
  • Tell me about a time you had to handle stakeholders with differing priorities.
  • What would be your strategy if a project started falling behind schedule?
