First, I got an email to set up a phone interview where they asked some basic questions. Then, about three days later, the recruiter called me for another interview. A few days after that, I had a final phone interview with the supervisor. The very next day, they emailed me saying an offer would be coming in about a week, and sure enough, I got the offer a week later. The whole thing took around 3 weeks and went pretty smoothly.

I applied online and a few days later got an automated phone interview. It was pretty weird, with a recorded voice asking questions and me recording my answers, mostly behavioral stuff. The last question was about vacation plans. A week after that, I got an email saying I passed the first step and would have another interview soon. A week after that email, I scheduled my next interview online because they said spots were limited. Two weeks later, I had an online video interview with a supervisor from the local office. This one was also mostly behavioral questions and went well. The supervisor mentioned they were interviewing more people but had multiple openings and I'd hear back in about a week. That same night, a recruiter called with a job offer, which I accepted and start next week.

I got contacted by HR about 2 months after applying online. The HR person was from an outsourced company in Florida. The first phone interview was a bit messy because the rep had to call me back to get answers to my questions. They set up an in-person interview for two weeks later. After that interview, which wasn't confrontational at all and I felt like I led it, they got in touch a week later and made an offer. I was able to negotiate the salary up because I heard from people working there that Humana doesn't give many raises. Overall, it was a good experience.
