I applied online, then had a basic phone chat with a recruiter. After that, I went in for a more detailed in-person interview with the hiring manager and three people I'd be working with. They had a list of really standard interview questions, reading them off a paper and taking notes while I answered. Most questions were like, 'Tell me about a time when...' such as when I disagreed with my boss, resolved a dispute, or overcame an obstacle. The same recruiter called me not long after that.

After submitting my application, I took some online questions within two weeks. About a month later, I had a virtual interview with the hiring team, which I felt went well. Another interview followed a month after that. Unfortunately, I was rejected two weeks later and advised to apply for a more suitable position. That role was internal, so I applied for similar ones and only received online questions before rejections. The team seemed great, but the company is hard to get into; I've applied for years and only got this interview via referral. If you want to work there, I suggest getting a referral and being prepared to interview repeatedly for months.

After an initial text screening, I had a call with the recruiter to set up a virtual interview with a panel of 3 people. The interviewers were rude and seemed like I was bothering them. One was late and didn't seem to care. I was told the decision process would take 7-10 days. I followed up on day 8, but the recruiter was on vacation. I followed up again 16 days later, and the recruiter brushed me off. Nearly 3 weeks later, I got an automated rejection email. Just tell me if you don't want me to interview or consider me from the start. Horrible process.
