Program Manager
I had a first interview with HR and it went great. I asked about next steps and was provided a timeline. I reached out about a week after the first interview to ask for an update only to be ghosted. I guess I dodged a bullet though, because I'd rather not work for a company that can't communicate well.
- Can you tell me about your relevant experience?
Legal
I had an interview with the manager. We talked about the job duties and what they expect from me and my past experience. We also talked about the company culture and the mission and vision of the company. I also got to ask questions about the day-to-day tasks and goals for the role.
- What makes you want to apply for this position?
Intern
The interview was really basic and only took 15 minutes over the phone. I was disappointed that the questions were so generic. The interviewer was nice, but I thought it was too short for them to really get a good sense of what I could bring to the company. I would have liked it if they had asked me more specific questions where I could have talked about what I wanted to get out of the internship.
- Tell me why you decided to apply for this position.
- Can you describe your interest in any of the current HRF campaigns?
- What is your experience with Human Rights?
Direct Care Counselor
The interview process was tedious and long, with incompetent and rude staff. I didn't expect to deal with unprofessional people. There were staff meetings that weren't organized, and no one seemed to know what they were talking about. The interviewer wasn't even dressed appropriately.
- Can you describe your experience?
