I applied online and then got an email to come in for a group interview. There were seven of us candidates. We were split into two groups, and both groups interviewed with HR and the Sales Manager. Everyone got asked the same questions, and they didn't ask follow-up questions unless you had been to Thailand.

I found this incredible company, HUMAN, right after moving to LA. Even though I had no prior sales experience, I applied through Workpop and submitted the required video, which included some fun, even a wink! I figured if they didn't like that, their posting was misleading. To my surprise, I got called in, and their posting was accurate! They mentioned my lack of experience but also that they were hiring for an Office Manager. Since I was so drawn to the company and their vision, I decided to interview for that role, making it clear my goal was to move up into sales. The interview was two hours long, and I met with four people. I felt I did really well. They gave me the chance to impress them with my sales abilities, asking both serious and lighthearted questions. It was clear they wanted candidates who would actively grow HUMAN's vision and enhance their existing culture, not just do the job. Ultimately, they hired someone with more experience as the company was still in its early stages. Even though I didn't get the job, I knew I still wanted to work there. I connected with the recruiter on Facebook and stayed in touch. I went out and gained relevant experience, and a few months later, they reached out, and I got hired! HUMAN values hard work and seeks individuals with a similar work ethic and drive to help grow the company. It was the best interview experience I've ever had!
