I applied online and then a recruiter reached out and set up an interview for me with the team. The interviewers were really unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. They asked tough questions about my personality and work ethic instead of my actual work experience. The whole thing felt like a rush to join a sorority. One interviewer even had her feet up on a chair! It was totally unprofessional and rude.

First, you submit your resume and get a confirmation email. Then there's a phone interview with HR, followed by a talk with the Department Head. After that, you go to the office on Embarcadero for a group interview with the whole office, which is like 5-7 people. It's super casual, you just sit around a coffee table on couches and everyone chats.

I got referred by an employee and went through a few interviews with the team, all super friendly. It started with some phone interviews, then an in-person one. Didn't end up getting the job, but it's still a great company and they were really good with communication. The HR folks were helpful too.
