I had a nice chat with the team, and the questions weren't too tough. I met with three people from the team, all at different levels. They were cool about it and let me do the interview over Zoom. There was a quick Excel test, but it was pretty simple.

Applied online and heard back from a recruiter about a week later to set up a phone interview. The recruiter then scheduled a call with the hiring manager a couple days after that. A week post-hiring manager call, I went in for a 3-hour in-person interview. I met with five people who mostly asked the same questions about my experience and behavioral stuff, really trying to gauge cultural fit. After the interview, the recruiter said he'd be in touch within a week, but it's been over a week with no response, even after a follow-up. My application is still showing as 'in process' and the job is still listed, so I'm not sure why there's a delay, especially since they said they needed to fill the role quickly and the team also mentioned they were swamped. A quick update like 'still evaluating' would be helpful.

Be ready with questions for each person you meet, and don't hesitate to ask your recruiter anything since they'll be guiding you and letting you know what's next.
