the interview process was very smooth and student friendly, the interviewer made me feel comfortable and it wasn't intimidating. it was online and not very exhaustive, just conversational. it wasn't an exhaustive process with many rounds of questions, and they weren't technical ones, just conversational and engaging questions to genuinely know my interest.

We did an in-depth interview with lots of different questions about my background, experience, and what I've learned. They asked a lot of really helpful probing questions. There were two rounds of interviews, each with a different interviewer.

the interview was super chill, felt like a conversation rather than an interview. They really wanted to know my motivation though, so knowing the subject you want to study is super important so you can talk about it. I ended up talking about my undergrad thesis for a good chunk of time, discussing what my research meant.
