I applied online after seeing the ad on seek. I got a phone interview two weeks later, and then a face-to-face interview a week after that. The phone interview was with HR from Head Office, and the one-on-one was with the Store Manager. The one-on-one interview felt a bit awkward because the manager was pretty new, but they mostly just read questions from a paper without really talking about my answers.

Had a phone call for about 30 minutes with HR that went really well. Then, had an in-person meeting with the director for about 30 minutes, which also went great. Had good feelings after both interviews.
