The interview process had 2 rounds: first was online, second was in-person. It was encouraging with a calm, friendly environment. The conversation was free-flowing, not a grilling.

I had two interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with HR. I was told about a third stage, and HR promised to follow up, but I never heard back. Even after a polite follow-up email, I didn't get any response. A month later, I got an automated rejection email. This lack of communication is unprofessional and makes me question the company culture, especially after investing time in two interviews for a role I'm highly experienced in. I expected better consideration and at least some feedback.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Worst interview ever. Got a call out of the blue from HR at 7 PM. They started the interview right away. Asked a lot about KPIs and experience, switching between Spanish, English, and French seamlessly. The HR person was super nice and seemed impressed, saying I was perfect and that I needed to meet the store manager ASAP. I went to the store interview with the impression that the store manager I spoke to earlier was a bit odd, and I was right. The interview was while walking around the store, and I was interrupted by other employees a couple of times. Mostly direct questions about KPIs. No questions in English or other languages, even though 85% of the clients are foreigners. They asked about an action plan for an employee who isn't performing well, even though I've never met them. They ended the interview quickly and rudely. The next day, they called to give feedback and told me to read the job offer more carefully. HR spent half an hour talking about sales and sales experience, and the store manager dismissed me because they weren't looking for a salesperson but an assistant to manage numbers and the store. A bit of coordination between them would have been good. They also dismissed me on the phone without giving me a chance to comment or respond. Very arrogant. Surprised a company like this doesn't ask for references or check my background.
